The Semillon grapes were sourced from selected vineyards in the Riverina region of NSW and the Chardonnay grapes were selected from vineyards across South Eastern Australia. Harvested at night, the fruit was crushed, pressed and the extracted juice then clarified, ready for inoculation with a selected yeast strain. Cool fermentation in stainless steel
retained the varietal characteristics and delicate aromas. The Chardonnay and the Semillon were then blended to achieve this classic wine style
Rich with flavours of melon and citrus from the Semillon, which are complimented by the peachand dried fig characters of Chardonnay.
