The fruit for this wine was harvested from different regions at varying degrees of ripeness to capture the full range of fresh fruit flavours that Chardonnay is capable of producing. This wine was made in a contemporary Australian style, fermented very slowly at low temperatures in stainless steel to retain as much fruit flavour as possible.
The palate is medium-bodied, with a freshening crisp acidity. Generous flavours of apple, peach and melon continue through to a lingering after taste. Drink now as a light, fresh accompaniment for many dishes including chicken or creamy pasta.
