Established in 1868, Hamada Syuzou is a prestigious shochu brewery located in the Kagoshima Prefecture. Daiyame is their traditional imo shochu, crafted from local sweet potatoes and black koji. The spirit offers pronounced aromas of lychees, a crisp palate with sweet undertones and a refreshing aftertaste. Best enjoyed on the rocks or mixed with sparkling water.
