Chateau Roubine La Vie En Rose

Tasting Note
La Vie en Rose from Château Roubine has a pretty light salmon pink colour with a hint of gray. The nose  first evokes freshly cut grass and flower petals, then reveals floral notes of roses. The palate has finesse, roundness and a very nice fullness due to a nice fatness. The aromatic persistence is of good length.

Pairing: Chicken, Turkey, Pork, Shellfish, Green Vegetables, Salads, Berries and Fresh Fruits, Citrus-Based Dishes, Sushi and Sashimi, Feta
