Our sangria is not pasteurised in order to conserve all the characteristics of the wine, and to give it a fizzy touch which makes for a refreshing and enjoyable drink.
Serve very cold in a tall or stem glass with plenty of ice, and accompanied by citrus fruits, peach or strawberries.
