A new world Pilsner brewed using classic European techniques. We call it New World because the hops used in this beer are grown outside Europe thus creating a unique profile. These hops reveal the beer’s tropical characteristics with notes of citrus, passionfruit, and melon.
The high-quality Pilsner malt in the beer sets a balanced malt backbone with a subtle note of toasted biscuits. Refreshing with a crisp, balanced profile and just the right touch of malt sweetness. It’s an easy pair for lighter dishes such as salads, chicken, light fish, or egg tarts.
